Achmea Real Estate strengthens senior care housing in Twente

The Deepshof project, for which construction has already commenced, consists of residential care studios with shared living and social spaces. The homes are divided into four residential groups and will be leased to Stichting De Warme Huizen for a period of twenty years. The care facility will be built at Boinksweide in Diepenheim and will also include space for interaction between residents, visitors, and local community members. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

The project responds to the growing need for senior care housing in the region of Twente. Demand for residential care places in the municipality of Hof van Twente is expected to increase in the coming years due to an ageing population. Deepshof will help ensure the continued availability of suitable housing for elderly people with more complex care needs in the region.

Deepshof is being developed by Loostad Vastgoedontwikkeling on behalf of Stichting De Warme Huizen, which is advised by Mondria Advies. Goossen Te Pas is responsible for the construction of the project. The land has been provided by the municipality of Hof van Twente.
