Depending on their strategic objectives, institutional investors can participate in one of our funds, join a joint venture or club deal, or build a dedicated portfolio through a separate account.

For targeted investments in specific strategies, assets or regions, Achmea Real Estate structures joint ventures and club deals, combining its market expertise and asset management capabilities with the capital and objectives of partners to create flexible structures and shared long term value.
Separate Accounts
We also offer separate accounts, enabling institutional investors to structure their real estate portfolio entirely in line with their own preferences and objectives.
