Achmea Dutch Residential Impact Fund
The Achmea Dutch Residential Impact Fund (ADRIF) invests in existing Dutch rental housing, which we systematically upgrade and make more sustainable. In doing so, we improve living comfort and reduce energy costs, while building future‑proof, long‑term returns.
With the first acquisition of 128 residential units in Bilthoven, the fund has now successfully moved into its execution phase.

First investment: 128 apartments in Bilthoven
