Occupancy rate
The ADRPF's strategy focuses on sustainable investments in the best high street locations and convenience centres. Attracting strong (international) retailers fits the Fund's profile and underlines this strategy. These lettings increase the portfolio's occupancy rate to 98 per cent.

Peter Koppers, fund manager of the ADRPF: "We focus on the nine strongest high street locations and convenience centres. In doing so, we are building a future-proof investment proposition in retail real estate. We are working on a diverse portfolio, with shops that consumers like to visit and where entrepreneurs can do good business as tenants. These renewals and contracts with new tenants fit exactly into that picture."
